Book Review For To All The Boys Ive Loved Before

What if all your crushes found out everything you thought about them? All at once…

16 year old Lara Song keeps all her love letters in a box her mum gave her before she died. She keeps this box hidden in her bedroom. They aren’t love letters anyone wrote for her, they’re letters she wrote herself. One for every boy she’s loved, all 5 of them. She poured her heart and soul into these letters and said stuff she would never say out loud.

Until, the day her letters get sent out to them all. Suddenly, her love life goes from imaginary to out of control.

I gave this 4 stars

My Thoughts

This is a light, fun, school drama young adult read. I love books like this. The chapters are quick and snappy, so they’re easy to read. There’s soemthing beautiful about the way the 3 sisters love each other and have each others back no matter what.

Why I Enjoyed This Read

The story is exciting, and it keeps me turning the pages, wanting to know what’s going to happen next. Who does she end falling in love with? Who sent out the letters? What will happen with her sister? So many questions keep me reading on. You find out all the answers in the end dont worry.

I’ve watched the movie on Netflix and it was really lovely and entertaining. It’ll be interesting to see how much the book siffers from the movie. Even though it’s YA, it’ll be a nice and easy read for a rainy day for an adult too, I’m sure! Have you watched the movie yet?

Appreciate your review of the book. As a guy, this book looks super intriguing. I have always wondered what my girlfriend thought of me in high school haha, so being a light hearted book, I’m quite excited to read the content here. High school dramas are always gives you the giggles. I remember when I was in high school, the stuff we talked about then is absolutely hilarious when I think back now. It’s also cool that they have a Netflix movie out of the book – I’ll look into too!

I think this would be a book my daughter would be interested in.  She’s at that age now where she would get completely emmersed in a book like this.  It sounds like an easy read as well which appeals to her style at here age.

I’ll look up other books by Jenny Han as well to see if any peak our interest

Hahaha, you left me with so many questions than answers, did you just say all the letters were sent to all the 5 guys? who send them? on the same day?

It must be a pretty interesting book I can say. Recently, I was reading “The Secret Language of girls”,  by  Frances O’Roark Dowell,  great book. This one may be the next.

Thank you for sharing with us this review on this book for to all the boys i’ve loved before.I found this review more attractive and I am hungry to read the whole story.

I remember when I was in my high school all boys were writing letters to me but I was very serious with my studies so that i didn’t pay attention to them.

I would have given them my time to enjoy my youth if I was sharp but I was shy.

    I like this book.
