Book Review For Stalk Me

Gossip Girl meets Hollywood in this steamy series by Jilian Dodd.

Keatyn has everything she could ever dream off. Her life is following a script she wrote for the perfect high school experience. She’s popular of course, goes to all the best parties, dates the hottest guys, and sits at the most popular lunch tables. The usual popularity in the high school experience.

She just isn’t sure this is the life she wants anymore. Things aren’t actually as perfect as they may seem on the outside.

Her ‘best friend’ is threatening to expose her relationship as a scam. Her ‘perfect’ boyfriend gets drunk at every party. Acting perfect all the time is exhausting. Deep down she isn’t sure she has any real friends.

To add to all the drama, her movie star mum has a creepy stalker. A hot older man flirts with her and tells her they should make a movie together.

She’s crushing on an adorable surfer,  but dating him would be social suicide.

She writes a new script, one where all the pieces of her perfect life will come together in perfect harmony. But little does she know, there’s someone who will do anything to make that happen.

Rating

I gave this 4 stars.

My Thoughts

I really loved this book. One thing that does really annoy me is she ‘loves’ the wrong guy. I prefer Cush so much more for her, Brooklyn is a douche bag and he doesn’t know what he wants, he wants to change her, whereas Cush loves her for who she is. I found it so beautiful when Cush told her he loves her, and that’s why he hasn’t dated anyone else, that’s enough to make any girl blush. It annoys me that she doesn’t pay as much attention to him as she should. Completely drawn to everything about this series, full of drama, secrets, love, passion, mystery.

Who Would Enjoy This Read

Anyone who loves a high school drama, with a bit more danger than normal, and exciting love life.

Overall Thoughts

I think the blurb says it all! So much drama, fun, excitement, romance, complications, danger, and action. Get reading, you won’t regret it!
