Book Review For Cheryl Cole, My Story

When Cheryl was a little girl, all she wanted to do was perform. Growing up in Newcastle she dreamed of one day appearing on TV.

Cheryl followed that dream, and shot to fame at the age of 18 as a member of Girls Aloud. Since then, she dominated both the charts – and the headlines.

Along the way there have been highs and lows – from the exciting early days of being in a band and making it big, to her fairy-tale marriage with Ashley Cole, to the heartache of having the paparazzi capture her every move when it ended. Her fame grew as she took the job as a x factor judge.

I first became really aware of Cheryl Cole when she married a footballer, Ashley Cole – I’m a big football fan and I knew this player pretty well.

I agree that she has re-marketed herself incredibly well since her divorce and she is now a celebrity identity in her own right. I feel that this will be an interesting read – to see what was going through her head in those dark times.
